Well then you have reached your breaking point. Now
there is no look back? Apparently before putting down your resignation there
are lot many factors that one should consider. Is that your emotional breakout or a thought full decision? The problems
which influenced your decision of quitting a job can be solved? Have up done
all the possible things to resolve the issue? Will your next employer think
that you are a quitter? How will the next job be? How far you can go with your
new employer?

Your current job is affecting your health or personal
life? Is it hindering you in achieving your long-term/short-term goals? Your
boss is too demanding? The working condition is not up to mark?
It is very vital to identify the reason before
leaving the job, not only for your exit interview with your current employer
but also to provide reason at your next job interview.

1) Take a
job of searching a job - If you are burned out and really want to change
your current job, then searching once in a weekend won't fetch you your
expected results, you have to devotee at least an hour every night in
networking with other professionals, polishing your skills, re-arranging your
profile, joining in professional forums, groups, may be on LinkedIn or any
other professional web space. May be in your spare time during your lunch
breaks, or when you are in a que for coffee or may be taking a ride home; keep
applying and exploring new opportunities from your smart phone. Get hold of top

Quitting a job is never easy at all, it takes a lot
of emotional and physical strain. You may remain in doubt or remorse if your
decision was "right" or "wrong" until you settle down
properly in your new job. Whether or not your previous job was a bad phase or
